I started this about a week ago but worked on it little by little during the week, also the text option on my photoshop merged the lines together.

This is a more updated reference to Tomoko in shippuden, her personality, etc, remains the same, ditto for her village, blood type and food. her age, weight, etc, would obviously change due to the 2-3 year time skip.

She is at jonin level in shippuden but she is still yet to be assigned to a squad of 3 genin level ninja, until she is she continues to travel to other villages to help them with much more difficult A ranked tasks also to help out with important documents and other jonin. Again she's not a character that's over-beautiful, smothered in make up with giant boobs that boys always run after as she flicks her hair, she's more of a tom boy than a typical girly girl. When making a Jonin ninja they can't be too weak or too overpowering which is just ridiculous.
She also carries a block of earth on her back to help her with her jutsu, the block of earth absorbs into her skin through her sweat making it easier to use the mud for her jutsu instead of building it up in her stomach, I explained most of her jutsu here, you can find it in the description:[link]

She finds it difficult to throw ninja tools, even though she is at jonin level she has a difficulty with weapons, this is because the double piercing above her left eye punctured a nerve which made her vision slightly blurry. She is not completely bilnd in one eye, when she turns around to throw a kunai, shuriken or weapon from behind they tend to miss as the view looks shaky, etc.

Every member of the Tottori family get a double piercing above their left eye a month after birth.

Her taijutsu skills are very good as she has a very flexible body enabling her to perform quick moments and hit the enemy with a great amount of force.
her ninjutsu is average, her farther helped her train to control her mud manipulation ability to bring it up to the correct level.
her genjutsu however isn't that great, this could possibly be to do with the piercing in her left eye, again effecting her nerves.
She also has a ring piercing on the outside of her double brow piercing still above her left eye ~
